RETURNS POLICY

Due to the customized nature of all of the products we cannot offer returns, refunds or cancellations. Your artwork is hand-drawn with care and is entirely unique to you and your pet.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we always aspire to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece. If you are unsatisfied with your final product then please get in touch with us via the chatbox on the right corner, input your email to get quick answers directly in your mailbox.

If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, please advice us as soon as possible, we might be able to cancel it if we haven't started the drawing.. Reason being our talented artists are already working on your custom artwork and have invested time in it.

WHERE DOES COLLECTERRE SHIP FROM?

All our unique artworks are crafted and dispatched from Europe, America, Canada. For the rest of our curated collectibles, please refer to each individual product description on our website. Rest assured, our items are always shipped from reliable sources in either Canada or the USA.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Of course! We understand your excitement in receiving your Collecterre piece. All orders can be tracked for your convenience. We're working to make tracking available for these in the near future. Stay tuned!

ARE THE DESIGNS ON YOUR PHONE CASES STICKERS?

Absolutely not! At Collecterre, we take pride in the durability and quality of our products. The designs on our phone cases are imprinted using advanced LED UV technology, ensuring they remain vibrant and won't peel off or fade over time.
